  I walked into this place and immediately fell in love. I don't even drink coffee, but this place has a lot of patriotic stuff inside and even turtles!!
  
  They've got seating outside which is cool, but limited seating inside.
  
  I ordered their bagel with egg, bacon, onions and ham. They're pet friendly and everyone was real chill.
  
  If you love America and animals, check this place out!

  Two things made me hard pass on this place:
  1: it just looks run down and with dates coffee machinery. It just wasn't what I was looking for, however I would have gone anyway but..
  2. Keep your politics out of my coffee, especially when they abhorrent. Stealing "I'm with her" and attaching it to trump..nope. You have the right to free speech, but it comes with consequences.
  
  Final item: if you want to go here, the entrance faces the barber shop, it wasn't immediately obvious.

  Good straight up cup of joe coffee yes!  Good convo/debate with some retirees/veterans optional.  Hipster Fancy macchiato/pumpkin spice latte...head to Kailua town center.
  
  This local coffee shop is located in the Aikahi Shopping center and a few blocks from the back gate of MCBH Kaneohe.  
  
  Been here about 4 times now.  Today's visit- Coffee, pastry and chill for a bit.  Coffee here is good stuff.  I just come here for a simple "cup of Joe".  Black or with the various creamers.  I'm not working today so I added some half/half.  Added a lil cream cheese pastry.  Was ok.  I'm sure it was bought at the Safeway across the street.  $4.50.  Not bad.  They do bagels and other snacks too.  
  
  If you look at the decor this shop screams America(pronounced "'Murica"), support for the Troops and support for the President.  If this makes you feel some kind of way this shop may not be for you.  Doesn't bother me much.
  
  It's pretty relaxing with the sounds from the koi pond.  Seating area like it was your back yard.  Plants all around.  Pet friendly.  Neighborhood roosters pay a visit.  Some people are minding their own business.  
  
  The area to the left of the entrance- active discussion about the news and politics.  Had a discussion with a gentleman about UH football.  I try to stay clear from political conversations in public but I do agree with one guy that said it sucks to have to pay for rail and not ever using it because it doesn't come to Kailua/Kaneohe area.  
  
  They do light up here.  Cigarette and tobacco pipes.  
  
  Muddy Waters is either gonna be your cup o' joe or not.  I prefer this over the mainstream Starbucks anytime.  3.5 stars.  Round down for the tobacco use. Round up for the first refill free.

  This is the spot where you want to go for delicious bagels. Apparently they have great coffee too because the men gather here to sit and discuss world events over coffee. The seating is very comfortable. They have a few cute critters there for the kids to look at. I do enjoy this place

  First time here and will be our last. Three girl at the counter was not pleasant, no smile or greeting when we arrived. My hubby looked on the menu boards and powdered hot dogs. After I left him to get a table outside did she tell him that there's no hot dogs. So I said s bagel and cream cheese and he ordered a bagel with hummus.
  
  After waiting for about 10 minutes, while my hubby went to help with the sound system that we set up. I went in too all about the bagels. The girl looked at her co-worker and he said..it's coming. So I asked for it to go as we needed to be near the sound system and he looked upset that I had to have them to go. Then he took his time, as I'm waiting at the counter.
  
  One plus for them, they did use gloves. And the hummus is really good. A couple of negatives...
  He  was wiping his forehead on his shirt. They made someone else's food before my bagels and no thank you.  There's no such thing as good customer service here.
